Warranty Options

Which warranty option would you like to use:

Standard Warranty (proof of purchase required, must send back defective shaver)

We have two options for customers doing a standard warranty : 

Standard - We will send you return instructions. Once we receive your defective handle, we will send you your replacement handle.

Express - We invoice you for a new handle, this acts as a deposit and ships a new handle immediately. Once you receive the new handle, send back the defective handle. We will initiate a refund.

To start a standard warranty claim, please contact cs@skullshaver.com with your current mailing address as well as a screenshot of your order information that MUST INCLUDE the order number, purchase date, and items purchased, and what type of warranty works best for you.

Fast Track Warranty (no proof of purchase required, no need to send back defective shaver)

If you'd prefer to get your handle replaced quickly at a special price, we offer special prices on expedited replacement handles with an extended warranty.
