Adding oil to your blades can help keep them running smooth and give you the longest blade life. We recommend the following oiling intervals to keep your blade running smooth for the longest time possible:

- Normal usage (Shave every 2-3 days): Once a month

 - Daily usage: Once every 2 weeks

 - If you deep clean the blades with soap, add oil after rinsing

You can add oil to your shaver blades by adding a single drop of oil to the metal guards of each blade.

If you are purchasing a gift or sending to a different address, please follow these steps:

Once the item is added to your cart, please select checkout and you will be directed to the ‘Contact Information’ page. From there, you may receive a two- step verification code to your cellphone/computer via text. If you received a code, please enter the six-digit code on your device on the popup screen. If you have to enter code, once entered, you will be directed to the ‘Shipping‘ page. Please enter your contact information. Next you will be directed to the ‘Payment’ page where you will enter any discount codes, verify your shipping method, and enter your payment. If your billing address is different from the shipping address, scroll down below the credit card information and you will see Billing Address information. Select ‘Use a different billing address’. This is where you will add your contact information and billing address that is registered to the card that you have entered above. Select ‘Pay Now’.

If you are using a gift card and you receive this error, please remove your actual name from the contact information where you entered your gift card number. Please enter the name that is on the front of the gift card. For example: please enter “Customer Name” in first and last name section, not your actual name.

If we do not have a distributor in your area or you do not see your country listed, we recommend trying your local Amazon.

If you would prefer to order from our US website and have your package shipped to a US address for someone to forward to you, that is an option. But please note, your purchase will not come with any warranty coverage, and we cannot do any additional work on our end beyond shipping it to a US address.

Unfortunately, this is an issue that every business struggles with. International shipping is difficult for everyone involved, especially in this unprecedented time of COVID related restrictions. Because the lithium ion batteries in our shavers are installed in the product and under 100 watt hours, the TSA guidelines allow our shavers to be packed in checked luggage in the USA. If traveling outside the USA, please check the laws in the areas in which you will be traveling.

We recommend packing the shaver securely in a way that protects the shaver from bumps and drops, and prevents the shaver from accidentally turning on. Ideally, it would be packed in one of our travel cases. 

 

The Pitbull Platinum and Diamond come with an additional feature to help prevent unintended operation: the Travel Lock. If you have one of these shavers, you can activate the travel lock by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. A lock icon will flash, and the shaver will be in travel mode. To deactivate the Travel Lock, simply press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. The lock icon will turn off, and the shaver will turn on and be ready for use.
