How can I return my order?
If you live in the US, we have a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund within 30 days and pay for the return shipping.
We have an all new returns center that will instantly give our customers a prepaid return shipping label. Simply follow the link below, and fill out the form. You will then receive an email including your printable shipping label and return instructions.

Does my order come with a warranty?
For one year from the date of purchase, your genuine Skull Shaver product is warrantied against defects in worksmanship or manufacture. If anything happens to your Skull Shaver product (blades excluded as they are considered consumables and are not covered by our warranty) that renders it inoperable, we will exchange it for a refurbished model. Simply email us at cs@skullshaver.com and you will receive an email with further directions. Please note that if you are outside of the 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. International exchanges from outside the USA may also incur additional return shipping charges.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty covers Pitbull Shavers, Bald Eagle shavers, Butterfly shavers, and Beast Clippers for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to your product manual. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge as long as the product was purchased from the authorized retailer or directly from Skull Shaver LLC. This warranty doesn't cover consumable parts such as the shaver head replacement, which should be replaced after every few months.

Warranties are non transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Shavers purchased from non-authorized retailers (such as third party, non Skull Shaver sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com), are not covered by our warranties. If you would like assistance determining if a retailer is an authorized retailer, please call our customer service department or email us at cs@skullshaver.com.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to service center listed below together with your purchase receipt. In the absence of a purchase receipt the warranty period shall be one year from the date of manufacturing.
This warranty is void and no repair or replacement will be made under this warranty or otherwise if:
1. The product is modified or disassembled in any manner or repaired by anyone other than Skull Shaver LLC or our authorized service provider.
2. The product has been used commercially or subjected to unreasonable use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary. No other written express warranty is given. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchant which may arise from purchase or use, is limited to up to 1-year period provided in this express warranty. Some areas may not allow such limitation, so it may not apply to you. No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages of any type, or for the use of unauthorized attachments. Some areas may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Warranty is valid in the USA only. Outside USA check, with the store for our authorized distributor’s warranty or contact our customer service department to verify authorized retailer status.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
There is a brief 1 hour period after your order is placed where you can edit or cancel your order or shipping address. You can do this from the order confirmation page which is linked in your order confirmation email.
If you choose to edit your order or shipping address, your completed order will be cancelled and automatically refunded. You will then be taken to a new checkout page that has the contents of your last purchase. Simply complete checkout again with the new shipping address or items you would like to purchase.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in
installments on Shop Pay?
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
Will checking eligibility impact my credit score?
No, checking your eligibility with Shop Pay Installments will not impact or affect your credit score*.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
