All of our shavers and clippers come with a minimum of a one year warranty. To start your warranty claim, please answer the questions below:
Where did you purchase your Skull Shaver?
1. We can only provide a warranty service in the country where the product was purchased.
2. In the USA, the customer must receive an RMA# from us and return the defective product to our USA address.
3. We will then repair or replace the product and ship it to a USA address only.
