Third Party Exchange
Advise the following for information on how to fulfill a warranty from one of our third party authorized vendors.
Standard Warranty (proof of purchase required, must send back defective shaver)
We have two options for customers doing a standard warranty :
Standard - We will send you return instructions. Once we receive your defective handle, we will send you your replacement handle.
Express - We invoice you for a new handle, this acts as a deposit and ships a new handle immediately. Once you receive the new handle, send back the defective handle. We will initiate a refund.
To start a warranty claim, please contact cs@skullshaver.com with your shipping address and screencap of your your order. It must include information that MUST INCLUDE the order number, purchase date, and items purchased. Click here for examples of what is needed.
Fast Track Warranty (no proof of purchase required, no need to send back defective shaver)
Under this program you will not need to send back the defective handle. We will send you an invoice for a new handle. Once you pay the invoice and complete the order, we will send you a new handle the following business day. Your warranty will be reset from the date of the new handle purchase based on the specific warranty your shaver came standard with and no further action is needed by you. Our goal with this option is to minimize the time without a shaver, and save you time packaging and mailing back your old handle.
I purchased from an unauthorized dealer (such as eBay) / I'm outside of my original warranty
We have an extended warranty program in place for customers who are out of their original warranty, unable to find their order information, or purchased from an unauthorized vendor (such as eBay).
We would invoice you for an extended warranty of your shaver, plus a replacement handle at no charge, and a new handle would be sent out to you!
