Subscription Information
How do I manage or change my subscriptions?
You can access your subscriptions through your Skull Shaver account login at https://skullshaver.com/account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.
From here, you can:
View all active and inactive subscriptions
Change subscription frequency
Skip or cancel a shipment
Change next order date
Cancel a subscription
Add or remove products
See all upcoming subscriptions for next several months
Change shipping addresses
Change billing information
How do I cancel my subscriptions?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can access your subscriptions through your Skull Shaver account login at https://skullshaver.com/account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, access your Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.
View your Active Subscriptions by selecting the "Subscriptions" tab. Choose the subscription you would like to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription details view, and click the "Cancel Subscription" link.
Can I change my subscription frequency or how often it ships?
Yes, you can choose the subscription frequency that works best for you, anywhere from every week to every several months.
To do so, access your subscriptions through your Skull Shaver account login at https://skullshaver.com/account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, access your Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.
View your Active Subscriptions by selecting the "Subscriptions" tab.
Choose the subscription you would like to modify.
Select the "Order Frequency" dropdown
Choose the frequency you would like your subscriptions to be billed and shipped.
You can also view all scheduled upcoming shipments by choosing the "Upcoming Orders" from the menu towards the top of the page.
Can I skip a delivery or choose a specific shipping date?
Yes, you can skip any subscription shipment or item, or schedule the specific date that you would like your next order to be processed.
To do so, access your subscriptions through your Skull Shaver account login at https://skullshaver.com/account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, access your Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.
View your Active Subscriptions by selecting the "Subscriptions" tab.
Choose the subscription you would like to modify.
Select the "Next Order" tab and it will bring up a calendar
Choose the date you would like the next order to be processed, or click "Skip next order".
NOTE: If you choose a specific date for your next order to be processed, your next shipment will be charged on that day, and will ship by the next business day. This is not the same as choosing a specific delivery date, which we cannot do.
What happens if my subscription order is coming up and the item is out of stock?
If the item you are subscribed to is out of stock, your subscription order will not be placed and you will not be charged. If your shipment is skipped due to a lack of inventory, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we can work to find a suitable substitute product.
When am I charged for my subscription orders?
Your subscription order will be billed at the scheduled next order date. The order will be billed, and when the payment is complete we will ship the subscription order within the next 1-2 business days. It works just like you were placing an order on our website, but happens automatically on the schedule that you choose.

Once logged in, you can see your upcoming shipments by selecting the "Upcoming Orders" section in the dropdown menu. From here you can also cancel, skip, or schedule a specific next order date.
